Digital patterns
Every pattern is a digital download, so it can't be returned once the files are delivered, and we can't offer refunds for a change of mind.
If something's wrong
If a file won't open, a chart has a mistake, or anything else isn't working, email hello@skullncrossstitch.com. We'll fix the file or send a new one, and if we can't make it right we'll refund you.
Orders placed on Etsy
Patterns bought on Etsy are covered by Etsy's own purchase protection as well. Message us through Etsy or by email.
