On 18 count Aida it finishes at about 9.6 x 10.0 inches, or 12.3 x 12.9 inches on 14 count: 172 x 180 stitches, 20,209 in all, in 8 DMC colors (DMC 310 Black, White White, 712 Cream, 666 Bright Red, 910 Emerald Green Dark, 816 Garnet, 725 Topaz Medium Light and 3844 Turquoise Bright Dark).

How many colors do the patterns use?+
Between 4 to 15 DMC colors, chosen for the design. Each pattern lists its exact threads and how many skeins of each you need.
Can I stitch it on 14 count instead of 18?+
Yes. Patterns are sized for 18 count Aida; on 14 count the finished piece is about 30% larger. Pick fabric a few inches bigger than the finished size on every side for framing.
